Unfortunately my visit was a positive experience until I went to pick up my pain meds after an excruciating 3 hour root canal. I take an anti anxiety pill as needed and it had been weeks since taken. Instead of calling me to discuss this I sat at the pharmacy waiting until the pharmacist loudly told me the dr had canceled my prescription to ensure it didn’t interfere with my any anxiety pill. So i now have had horrible pain for two days and my private hippa rights were violated by the pharmacist who Announced this to the entire counter of customers. This dr clearly doesn’t care about pain, nor does he care about details before he makes a sound decision on safe or not safe medications. What a shame I already had my in laws and partners ready to see him. Now he has lost me and my family as return customers. Deplorable, absolutely deplorable. I will never return.

I am warning anyone thinking of going to see the so called dentist Haddad not to go there . !! I had decided to check my teeth in his office last month and I was told that I have INFECTION in my tooth #5 and #6 ! So I have decided to proceed with the root canals. What a big mistake! First now that I have realized that I was talked into unnecessary procedures. My tooth #5 and #6 had already root canal and 2 crowns done about one year ago ! Why did I agreed to proceed I don't know especially that I didn't have any toothache at all ! All Haddad did was redoing what was already done recently! And he has charged me $6200 for an easy and quick job. !! I was told by other dentists that the max this should cost is about $4200. ! Such a serious overcharge ! It is a robbery! And if at least he did a good job . But he did NOT. I was there last week April 16 to remove the temporary crown and put in the permanent . This Haddad has grabbed my temporary crows with some medieval type of pair of players and started moving my crown left and right trying to remove a to well cemented temporary crown instead of using rotary tools and dental drills to loosen up that crown . He has uprooted my tooth #5

By far one of the friendliest dental offices I’ve visited in my life! I had an impacted wisdom tooth that I needed removed as it was causing jaw pain, I called Haddad Dental and they were able to get me in for a consult the next day. Upon arrival I was greeted by Erica who has an AMAZING personality and capability of putting patients at ease, she did my X-Ray and after discussing pricing which was more than reasonable to me, she had Dr Haddad come in and within 20 minutes my tooth was OUT! I would like to add I am a fairly anxious person in life but even more so with medical appointments, both Erica and Dr Haddad ensured that I was comfortable not only physically but mentally throughout the entire (unbelievably speedy) process. I would 1000% recommend them to anybody needing dental work in NNJ, experience was 100/10!

If you have a dental need this is the place to come too. I have been afraid of dentist all my life, and I now have a renewed belief in dentist . The staff here all are so helpful and caring. From the front of the office to the back they take such good care of you. I had an extraction done and Dr Haddad remove the tooth in literally 3 seconds no lie. His assistant Erica was so caring and attentive she kept me calm the whole time and I am no longer afraid of dentist. I will not be going any place else. Thanks to the whole team will see you guys soon for my cleaning.

The staff was super friendly. I came here specifically for wisdom tooth extraction, so make sure they don't tact anything else on/stay focused. Regardless, the staff kept it straight forward with price and properly communicated the process of what's about to happen. Despite being nervous of needles/dentist in general, the Dr/ staff made me feel very comfortable. All in all, just as previous reviewers stated, extraction on upper 2 wisdom took less than 10 minutes. A BONUS for majority/if not all staff being bilingual in Spanish. Great vibe with the music. Thank you Dr.Haddad!
